Don’t Take Our Word For It…
“Exhibiting at my first Britain Does Vintage wedding fair organised by Sam and Alex was a huge success. The event was very well organised, publicised widely, had a fantastic array of suppliers exhibiting and was highly attended. To say this was the companies first fair in Sheffield I was amazed. The fair was held in a fantastic setting and I had the pleasure of meeting lots of brides-to-be who loved the unique service I offer, as a bespoke bridal and accessories designer. I received lots of interest and bookings on the day and even more following the fair. I would highly recommend Britain Does Vintage Wedding Fairs to fellow suppliers and brides-to-be! We shall definitely be booking to exhibit next season!”

“Alex and Sam run a very friendly and varied vintage events group. Their vintage fairs are always relaxed and provide good variety of stock. The main thing for me is that they will always accommodate you if they can and it is very straight forward to apply for a stall with no complicated and long winded channels or waiting for approval. My favourite vintage events group!”

“Being a part of the events organised by Britain Does Vintage is a fantastic experience. I’ve always found the BDV team friendly and easy to talk to and feel that they really value the opinions of their traders in an effort to make each show they do as brilliant as possible. Each show is very well organised and as a trader I’m really happy that BDV keep in regular contact to remind me of all their upcoming events. Traders are often encouraged to get involved in promotion, sent lots of useful information leading up to events and are asked for feedback which makes you feel really valued and well looked after as a seller. There’s always lots going on at each show with a great mix of different stalls and it’s clear that everyone at BDV has a real passion for what they do making the whole experience really enjoyable!”

“Britain Does Vintage wedding fairs are such a joy to exhibit in; not only are they held in the most fabulous locations but the atmosphere that Alex & Sam have created is truly inspiring. I find that the fairs a fantastic setting to meet brides-to-be who are looking for ‘something different’, which as a bespoke dress designer, is exactly what I love to do. Furthermore, it’s great to catch up with the other wedding suppliers, who are such fun to be with and you genuinely feel a community spirit on the day.”

“I’ve been trading at BDV fairs for about a year and it’s been the best choice I made. Registering was easy and the online booking system is simplicity itself. The fairs are well organised and smoothly run, and take place in stunning locations. The organisers, Alex and Sam, are always on hand, and are friendly and helpful. They have made me so welcome and part of the BDV ‘family’ from day one. Truly a pleasure and I look forward to working with them for the foreseeable future.“
“It’s a pleasure to work with a fair that is as passionate and supportive of the traders as BDV. There is something for all at these fairs. They are always held in stunning venues providing added value and atmosphere to any event you may visit. Think vintage, think Britain Does Vintage!“

“I have been a stall holder at the Britain Does Vintage events for a number of years and cannot praise highly enough the professionalism of these fairs. Sam and Alex work tirelessly to make each event a successful and enjoyable experience not just for the people who attend the events, but also for the stall holders. Something that is often forgotten about by event organisers. Their care and attention to detail is outstanding and I sincerely hope that they continue to organise events for many years to come“.

“As a designer /maker living in York, how fantastic it was to wake up one day to find Britain Does Vintage on my doorstep. One of the most difficult things when you are trying to sell your work is to find a good venue, with other high quality stall holders, but now BDV does this for me! In York our venue is the stunning Merchant Adventurers Hall where the atmosphere is always lively with music, craft workshops, a pretty tea room and of course great stall holders. Sam and Alex always work hard to get a good crowd in. They have built a huge following on social media and always design a lovely new flyer for each of their events. It has been really great to watch how Britain Does Vintage has kept developing, particularly Made Locally with Love for all you makers out there! A great company to do business with, I highly recommend them.”
“Vintage Wedding Fairs run by Now and Then Group are well organised, publicised widely and full of interesting and creative suppliers. As an past exhibitor, we love the vintage tea rooms, workshops for the DIY bride and a chance to show our products to a targeted audience. We loved chatting to our neighbouring exhibitors, most of whom had handcrafted their products themselves to produce something unique and met some wonderful brides, brimming with ideas. We would recommend these fairs to both exhibitors and brides and grooms alike.“

“Britain Does Vintage Wedding fairs have enabled us to grow our business at a phenomenal rate over the last year, achieving an average of four couples booking us as a wedding band per fair.Their personable approach to communication and marketing is reflected in the fairs themselves, resulting in events which are in no way tacky and cheesy, but instead subtly detailed and atmospheric. The organisation is such that there is no feeling of ‘a hard sell’ or competitive selling between suppliers and there is allways a genuine feeling of community spirit between businesses even of a similar nature. We would thoroughly recommend taking a stall at one of Britain Does Vintage wedding fairs in order to maximise your potential as a wedding supplier.“
